Generative AI Statement

As the materials found on this site are about good use of AI in the classroom, I believe it's just as important to be transparent about how I use AI to develop my own content.

In developing my teaching materials, I use a range of AI tools (both generative and non-generative) to support the creative process—always with human oversight and care. Specifically:

• Fireflies AI (or similar transcription tools) is used to transcribe voice notes, helping me capture ideas quickly and accurately.
• Claude 3.5 and 3.7 by Anthropic helps me improve the flow and readability of my scripts.
• Maestra AI is used to generate subtitles and transcriptions for video content, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
• ChatGPT-4o helps me turn ideas into practical templates, guides, and support materials.

Importantly, no content is published as-is from AI tools. Every element - whether written, visual, or spoken - has been carefully reviewed, edited, and developed by me. I use AI as a tool to support creativity and clarity, never as a replacement for expertise, quality, or integrity.
